Competitive Municipal Grant Program

Applications are no longer being accepted for the Competitive Municipal Grant program.

    5 Year Consolidated Draft Plan

The National Affordable Housing Act of 1990 (Housing Act) as amended and implemented through the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) regulations at 24 CFR 91, requires local governments to create a five-year local planning document, the HUD Consolidated Plan (Plan) and submit one-year action plans. The action plan is an application for three programs administered by the Board of County Commissioners through the Department of Development. These programs are the Community Development Block Grant, (CDBG), the Emergency Shelter Grant, (ESG), and the HOME Investment Partnership, (HOME), programs. A new 5-year plan is now being prepared.
